Lets not forget the schedule this year vs Y.ago too...

I was hoping for a bunch of noon games this year, networks are going to jump on the Vikings prime time again I'll bet?

Hurry-up Vikings, we ain't getting any younger!

That would be my guess. 4 first round draft picks and 3 number one overall selections at QBs in the NFCN. Its going to be must-see TV for the fence-sitting demographic the NFL loves. Murray brings excitement that the kids love.

Funny thing with Cowherd is he's usually right when he does this. Guy has a gut feeling barometer that often works. He picked the Vikings in 2024 and they won 14 games. So I'll take it.

Heck I'm old and tired so I've been saying fuck it, I'm on the Kyler Murray purple Super Bowl bandwagon now, homeboys. I got nothin' to lose--if they fail well, what else is new after all these years lol? Might as well try to have fun in the meantime.

p.s. I'll still be a curmudgeon don't worry Wink

lmao.

I don't think I have the energy either to keep up being skeptical. I've said my thing on JJM, now I'm perusing tickets online for a Murray bandwagon seat. Just need a few more days to mourn 9 and I'll shuffle along like the good little Viking's fan bitch that I am. Like I have a choice.....fuck me. Wink

A lot of talk about how are defense is definitely going to be great, but if you look at it from a personnel standpoint, outside of Van Ginkel and Greenard, who may be traded, do we have any pro bowl type players? Think we have a long way to go yet with the defense, need to replace the DTs and Harry and really need a top CB, do not think Rodgers is a #2.

thats been my issue with the move to dump JJMs development in favor or Murray.  Our D WAS good last year,  but losing the Hitman and likely Grenard is going to have an impact and not likely a good one,  but Turner needs more reps ( just as JJM does, but thats water under the bridge now) and we arent going to improve if we dont get younger and better.
