clears up about 42% of their over the cap # just from Jettas

Great to hear as this will help them get to a much better place on the cap front, especially if they cut Hargrave, Allen, and Jones as they plan.  I would expect Hockenson is next on either front.

this likely streamlines the process though,  having the banker be the negotiator,  he knows what he can and cannot do in real time,  cuts out the middle man.
