White cop black suspect....how will this thread go? Moving it here now and saving grief later.

The guy being chased had a warrant out on him, the cop was doing his job, and the guy wasn't cooperating, and was walking then running away from the encounter when the cop went after him with his cruiser. Cop was over the line, but the suspect was equally in the wrong, hardly an innocent person. The warrant was a failure to appear charge on a driving without a liscense, kind of a dumb charge to not appear on since its only going to bring a fine, although now he faces bigger potential charges.

Dumb suspect, dumb cop, dumb ass with a phone yelling stupid shit that likely caused the situation in the first place by encouraging the suspect to unlawfully walk away from the cop.

Don't want to get chased by cops....dont run from cops.

It’s pretty simple, when the cop says stop, you stop.  When that starts to erode so does law and order.  And society benefits from law and order.  I’m not sure why that has to be proved over and over again.

In fairness, there's no way that pudgy police officer was going to run after the guy.

The decline of respect for police officers, military, teachers, etc. is indicative of the times. Raise your children well..

yep,  hell all the gear these cops have to carry,  plus the body armor...I am surprised we dont see more cops doing this kind of shit,  and then people wonder why the cops lose their shit when they finally do get their hands on the suspects.

I wouldn’t make it two mins as an ICE Officer in Portland.  Every time I look at the unemployed, unshowered, vile pieces of shit spitting in officers faces I almost jump into my tv.  The restraint the officers show is incredible.
