I like the role they have him playing in, not sure how much he likes it,  but I have to think its pretty fun to be the guy that keeps the OC and QB guessing from play to play.

He is such a team guy. He will do whatever is asked of him. He looks so fired up out there. And the guys are always looking to him for guidance. That's leadership right there.
