....have lost their last 4 games. Russ and the offense looks like garbage. Not what you want heading into the playoffs. Look like a one and done team.

Pitt played at Philly, at Baltimore, vs KC and Cincy in Pittsburgh....
The AFC version of Green Bay.

It's a tough stretch no doubt, but 3 of those 4 are teams you need to beat to advance in the playoffs.
Their offense has really taken a step back which is more concerning than losing 4 straight. You want to be playing good football heading into the first round of the playoffs and they have been going backwards.

Wilson looks like asz
1/2 the stadium was empty
I used to think they belonged in the same sentence as Balt, Bills or KC, but they don't
They should be looking for a QB (again) next season.
Wonder if we know anybody? Just asking for a friend

lol, love it. What is evident is Minnesota will be compensated for Darnold or they'll just keep him for a year or two themselves. 21 year old JJ McCarthy will have his time, but maybe....just maybe....it isn't right now. Sammy is too hot a commodity to give away for nothing. Franchise him. It makes the most sense.

Big olde Sam would look good in that black/gold wouldn't he?
Cannon of an arm, Ginger Jesus Vibe, perfect for that Steeler personna.
Thx for reminding me JJM is just 21 years old. So much ahead of him, what a great age to be.
I'm almost thinking at this point it would be a disservice to the kid to just hand him the keys at the beginning of 2025. Too much pressure internally and externally. He is extremely green by NFL standards.
This year has been unexpected fun. Next season? Fanbase expectations will be sky high.
I dont want to put the kid in there till he's deemed ready and (maybe) we have a little better running game.

They have the Head Coach and the defense. Front Office does a great job of drafting to their persona and how the HC wants to win.
But they've really struggled to find a QB after Big Ben retired. Russ and his Hollywood vibes don't really fit there IMO.

I think Darnold would be a perfect fit there to be honest.

Those Russ Moon balls just aren't landing like they were earlier in the season. I said a while back that Pittsburgh would be a good fit for Sam. Pony up, Steelers!
