Or somewhere in between?
I thought when we finished 13-4 two seasons ago that we had outpunted our coverage. Pretty lofty achievement, but that team had many holes in it, in hindsight.
If we end up on the short end of the stick for the next 3 games, we'll still be in the playoffs. That's not how I want to end the regular season, but if we looked at the success so far this season back in August, 12-5 would have looked pretty damn attractive.
But is it realistic to look at 15-2? Looking at the tea leaves, yes...but.
Will Geno Smith play or not? Will his knee injury limit his mobility?
We've beaten the Packers once already. We love winning at Lambeau.
The Lions are down so many players on defense due to injuries. But it would take a day of no mistakes to beat Jared Goff, who is playing at the top of his game right now.

Honestly, I'm trending toward them finishing 1-2 and a 13-4 overall record. I'm guessing they are very locked into the #5 playoff seed. I think Geno is going to play.

I'm with Sticky....
7 game win streak is awesome, but leaning 1/2 the rest of the way.
0/3 would be very distasteful. But its a pretty difficult stretch coming-up.

To win the division, the #1 seed and the SB will require a 13 game win streak.
Done deal!

Why not 3-0? I don't know much about Seattle this year, but they did lose to the Giants and 49ers and were blown out by the Packers, Lions and Bills.
The Lions needed a FG in the final seconds to beat the Vikings in a game that could've gone either way...and this game was right in between two games where the Lions beat their opponents by 76 points. The Lions were a lot healthier then too.
Vikings dominated the Packers in Lambeau and were up 28-0 until a TD with :15 seconds to play in the first half gave the Packers hope that started a pretty good 2nd half comeback. I think the Packers are a little better now than they were then though.
The Packers, Vikings and Lions...all are different teams than they were back in the fall, but the Vikings should have Gilmore and Pace back for both those games. I like our chances. The teams I don't want to see are the Eagles and Rams.

Baring some awful weather in Seattle, I think we will dominate that game, especially with Geno either not playing or playing banged up. GB is playing really well and I think that game is going to be a real battle, but think the home field gives us the edge. The Lions are not the same team we lost to on FG at the the end of the game. Our defense has a better chance of stopping them than theirs stopping us. In a dome and surrounding we are use to, I think we win that game. I believe we will come out of it 3-0.

Are we sure we even want 1st place in the North and the 1st place schedule that goes with it in 2025?

Yes, thats the flip-side of the coin for sure...
But as a season tix holder? I would love to see the home schedule if that happened.
