It's pretty awesome. I loved watching the celebrations. They are so excited. Very cool.

I'm proud of them not matter what happens.  If they somehow beat the Yanks, I'll be ecstatic. B)

beating the yankeess in yankee stadium would be as good as a league championship IMO....

After a 6-game win streak, clinched the spot while losing last night. Now being shut out today.  It's a huge improvement from last year, but they don't have the consistency to win a playoff series vs. Cle/Houston/Boston.

Just please beat the $*(&^$! Yankees! (who by the way were the Twins' last loss before the win streak... a 3-game sweep in Yankee Stadium)

they were likely a little hung over today.   although I had a hard time understanding the celebration for getting a wild card spot.   lots of beer being spray for only earning 1 more game.

They celebrated because they are the first team to go from losing 100+ games to getting a wild card spot -- ever.  Quite a turnaround if you ask me, especially since the front office gave up on them at the trading deadline.

not that big of a deal considering the wildcard hasnt been around that long.  the 91 Twins going from worst to first was an accomplishment.    This is a nice story,  but they are still not a legit contender IMO.
