Should Daniels have gone #1 overall?

I know, its early....

The kid is rocking it in the NFL just like he did in Death Valley...

Sure looks that way now. As you say, it's early, but at the very least we can say that Caleb Williams boom or bust needle is leaning a little more into the bust, while Daniels isn't just the best rookie QB, he's one of the better QBs in the NFL.

Sounds familiar, like a QB from a team in Texas last year. Daniels sure looks the part for now. Hopefully he can stay healthy.

Early results say I’m glad the Bears didn’t go that way.

Caleb Williams is ass. I've had him on my fantasy team all year but I'm dumping him Wednesday

He just runs around in circles until he gets sacked or throws a pass that's way off target.  I'd put some of it on the Bears general ineptitude, but plenty on him as well.  He really isn't very accurate.    What worked in college doesn't work in the NFL and the team doesn't seem to be prepping him or teaching him or giving him a framework in which to be successful.   That and/or he's ignoring coaching in favor of trying to play hero ball on every down.  Also a thing that doesn't work in the NFL.

Not that Bears failures bother me... Cool

His line is awful and I wasn’t seeing his receivers open. Too early to call.

Probably, but zero doubt it should NOT have been Caleb Williams.
