Rattler went to the 5th round, mostly because of the Netflix QB1 video when he was in high school? If you've seen it, apparently he's an asshole. But he was only 17 years old at the time. I'm guessing he still might be an asshole and that came out in the interviews leading to the Draft.

Tulane QB Michael Pratt went in the 7th round....interesting. ESPN's Field Yates had him going as high as the 95th pick, lol.
