Would love to see it, obviously. Make it happen, NFL.

Even if they drop the hammer, we're not getting anything other then one less pick in front of us.

I would wager that whatever they dole-out will not be enforced until  2025 - for the Eagles and Falcons

Agreed, if you look at previous incidences of tampering, punishment was meted out in the following year's draft.

Then why would they be rushing to make an announcement this week as is rumored?

Didn't the Eagles and Cardinals swap 3rd round picks last year? This was mandated by the NFL, negotiated by both teams and finalized hours before the draft began, and the picks involved were for the current year. It included a future 5th rounder but the bulk of the punishment was meted out in 2023.

Now, I don't know if our situation is the same or even remotely close to what happened in that one.

Hopefully, it will be more, however that one spot could still be very significant if we stay at 11 as one less spot for someone to jump ahead of us and/or one more player to fall.

Pretty sure the NFL isn't going to touch the 1st round. These usually involved rounds 3-5.

Miami lost a #1 & #3 for tampering with Brady and Payton, correct?

Would put $ on this hullabaloo benefiting us not at all, or in the best case scenario, a tiny bit. Would love to be wrong. Just don't see much precedent, especially 3 days out from the big day. Pipe.
