Wow, I'm surprised by that. 29, RB, used to making bank. Smacks of a guy who would wait for months. But who knows, maybe Jones is smarter than other backs and knows the money declines very quickly for RBs.

It sure looked like he had some gas left in the tank last season.
Was wondering how hard they were going to go at Jones. I knew we were bidding for Darnold at that point too, as was Denver. I woke-up to a whole new backfield, literally.

Great signing! He still looks good and I’ve always thought very highly of him. I’m sure he won’t be motivated to pound his former team

Solid player when he's not hurt. Good move. I said yesterday we have more money than picks. Good allocation of resources here.
He can pass block, catch dumpoffs, and run in a zone system. Perfect fit to pair with (barf) Darnold.

He's good and a true #1RB. Hopefully we can find some IOL to make it work.
