Vikings will pick 11th in round 1
#1
Not that bad, it is what it is. If they decide to maneuver upward, they can do it from this position. Or stay put and grab a tier 2 QB. Or stay put, grab a player of need other than QB and maneuver up to get a QB in late round 1/early round 2. I'm guessing the plan with or without Kirk Cousins will be decided by Draft time.

A garbage year full of injuries. Ready to put it in the rearview and see what the Draft/offseason produces....should be an eventful one in Vikingland.

The way the draft board fell, the top 3 QBs are likely unavailable at any price.

Couple weeks ago we were at 22. We finish at 11 by losing our last four. Still, I think you'll find some Viking fans who wished we'd somehow done more to move higher.

After Kirko went down and we Passtranught came crashing down, I think it was obvious to everyone watching that we weren't going anywhere.

Tweets never past well for me but Luke Braun says:
[(@LukeBraunNFL)
on X] Looks pretty locked in that the #Vikings pick 11th. So. If you
wanted to trade up with whoever ends up 4th, you’d need to pony up the
equivalent of the 41st overall pick. using historic data, that trade
could be completed by sending MIN’s 2nd and 4th, or a future 1st

And if the right QB was there? I would do that in a heart-beat.

That syncs. Vikings don't have a 3rd (or any comp picks) so their 2nd pick would be the other 4th. Still, I think that's a price the Vikings would be willing to pay for their QBOTF if'n there's a QB at 4 worth taking that high. Right now it seems like a reach.
