An interesting option for a team struggling with injuries and production in the running game. Just brought Gaskin back -- would think Carter has more upside. On the other hand, he has not been able to break through even as the #2 with the Jets, doesn't know the playbook and has gotten a bit of a rap as a malcontent...

My guess is he'll be picked up before Minnesota would have a chance.....not even sure the Vikings would be interested. Good player however.
