...but, also, for all those guys buried on the depth chart, just pining for their shot: good morning...!

This is an awesome story on Dobbs. This is his moment. Rise or fall, this is the moment. No excuses.

It's the reality.  RGIII was misused by Washington, creating Cousins' career. KJ got his (admittedly tenuous) position by stepping up when JJ or AT missed time.  An injured Drew Bledsoe put Tom Brady under center.

Step up, or step off.  Dobbs had a brutal start before the heroics last week, hopefully that'll be a lesson to the kids stepping into bigger roles, today.

Addison and Powell have been a solid duo, if Nailor is fully healthy I think he will flash and Jackson has shown to be a legit WR, so think this unit may surprise.  Not having a healthy TJ really hurts, but may be time for the money we have invested in Oliver to pay off.  Have not heard anything about Kene, but if he is healthy, I would hope KOC would find some creative ways to get him involved and use his speed.

Rooting for success, but I'm a disbeliever till proven otherwise.

So says the 60+ year old, jaded fan.

Yes, it's time for Nailor to live up to the hype. He really should be a better option than either Powell or Jackson. I hope we see that today. Same with Kene. This is KOC's chance to dust off some of the those backyard plays.

I really like Dobbs, he’s a great athlete and off the charts intelligent… seems like a great team guy, very good personality, really someone to cheer for.

All that said, I still want us to draft a QB next spring, and I would like to see Hall get an opportunity too because he’s a guy to cheer for too, very good demeanor and mobile, has good accuracy.

I really can’t gauge where the team will end up at the end of the season but I certainly have more optism than I at the start of the season and 2 minutes after Kirk’s achilles.
