Yup, dude is getting a big fat promotion. I think we get a comp pick based on his race?  Assuming black special teams to coordinater counts?

That was a HUGE kick...  I was managing expectations with my boys saying it's a really long kick and it would be awesome if he made it...  And then he did.

watched every available angle - no clue - how much did it clear the crossbar?

He had another 4 yards, I think. Right down the middle. The kick doesn't get any better.

It was right down the middle and room to spare. Unbelievable.

The boy and I tried a new Viking bar yesterday (yes, there are multiple Viking bars in the Denver area) and the place went BANANAS when Joseph made that kick.

Don't know how the season will end, likely in a loss, but this season has been a blast to watch as a fan.

I was mentally prepared for an OT game when Joseph lined up for the kick because of the way he's struggled with all the 50 yard plus attempts this season.  I guess I should've known he'd make the 61 yarder since it wasn't in the 50 yard range. B)
Wow, was that a beautiful kick - Skol and Merry Christmas!

when the announcers said this would be the longest field goal in Vikings history, I thought he's going to make it.  Its been a year of records.
