Was the DL more of a 4 man front on Sunday
#1
The DL didn't seem like 3-4 for most of Sunday, looked like we had two down DL and then Hunter and Smith standing up at the line, thought I saw Hunter down in a stance at times as well.  Mostly looked like Tomlinson and Phillips in the middle and no other DL.  I don't recall seeing 3 DL in the game at any time.  Looking at the snap counts, the OLBs had 179 total and the DL had 139, which was out of 78 defensive snaps.  Wondering if that was specifically designed for Murray to keep a spy on him.

Saw Tonga get some snaps and he seemed to get a pretty good push in there.  Definitely seemed like one of the better games by the DL, so hope to more of what they were running.

Tonga was the one that hit Murray as he was throwing which ended up being intercepted by Smith.

6'4", 340 lbs. Strong. Might get more playing time as he acclimates. I'm sure his snap counts goes up without Tomlinson on Sunday and he'll be good to give Dalvin some short breaks moving forward when he comes back.

i hope Tonga can be one of those lucky finds. He sure looks and plays like real DT in spurts.

I have noticed Hunter with his hand in the dirt on several of the highlights in recent weeks.  One 2 games back, he absolutely jacked the LT back into the QB.  I think they really have him miscast as and OLB.
