We don’t have an elite team. We have a good team. Its encouraging that weve been able to keep games close. even when its not a given that they should.

Also, they dont play well with the lead. There seems to be a a let up in intensity once they get the lead after trailing.

I know conventional wisdom is to run the ball and force the other team to burn timeouts but that damn near cost us the game.  Know what else forces them to use timeouts?  First downs.  They had 2 consecutive 3 and outs down the stretch and only forced the cards ro burn 1 timeout.  This has been an issue in previous games as well,  KOC needs to get off that run run pass mentality to let the air out of the game.

With our offense, I like our chances of passing 3x to get a first time and end the game.  You have to play to your strength and we are not doing that.
