It was the right call by a rule standpoint. Tom was falling though and when you are in that battle you want that sack no matter what. I wouldn't have called it as he wasn't trying to hurt him.

Right call according to the rules.  Didn't look like Johnson was trying to cause injury, though after what those bastards did in 2009 I really don't really care if Brees takes a few shots.

Exactly.  That was a clean hit as it was above the knees and below the shoulders.  

By the rules it was a bad call.
