Wouldve been there at 66. Not ideal but certainly addresses a need

Stood up well against the SEC monsters, i think many had him 3rd or 4th rd grade.  I probably would have taken Drake Jackson but we shall see

Whether it's Ingram or Davis, one of these guys needs to start crosstraining at center in case Bradberry starts doing Bradberry things again and is gone after this season

That's really good to hear. So now that we have nearly a half dozen right guards, it's pretty clear one of them is moving to center. Maybe Davis. Maybe Reed. Ingram took center snaps at the Senior Bowl, so maybe him too.

Going out on a limb here but maybe the new crew thinks Ezra sucks. It’s not like he’s been good at LG

Hate the pick. Have a better prospect drafted last year in the 3rd, and two more bodies that they signed in the offseason. Would have loved a better value in this spot. Luke Fortner would have been a way better pick.

Just read some extremely unsettling allegations against this guy from when he was 16… google his name and deadspin if you’re curious. Pretty graphic :/

Wow, your standards for left guard play are pretty high considering the parade of goons we've had there since Hutchinson's final season in 2011.

Ezra is still very raw but he's been pretty good so far. 66 PFF score as a rookie, then 68 in his 2nd season. If you look at great NFL guards, these solid early grades bode well. He really started to settle in late in the year, grading 91 in week 12. The highest rated player in the NFL. Not highest rated guard, highest rated player.

Who knows what the new regime thinks, but I think it's far more likely that Ingram, one of the Davises and/or Reed is moving to center.

Wow, just read that as well.  I know charges were dropped but still 2 girls "under 14" claim numerous sexual allegations over a period of 1 year.

I was surprised by the pick and thought rounds too early or a reach. (From all analyst).

Add these dropped "allegations" into the mix and the" "reach" becomes a reach around (poor taste?)

Would have taken him off my draft list completely.
