Between Phillips, Tomlinson, Watts, Lynch, Twyman and maybe a draft pick....might not be a bad D-Line rotation. Not sure what to think of the new guy we signed, especially coming off an ACL.

When it comes to depth, there might not be a position more loaded for the Vikings than defensive tackle. They have Dalvin Tomlinson returning from being a starter last season but also have high-potential backups from last year in Armon Watts and James Lynch.Minnesota was also busy signing players this offseason and have inked deals with two defensive tackles this offseason, signing former Bills standout Harrison Phillips and former 49ers defender Jullian Taylor.

I dont keep up with all the 5T, 5i stuff but i see alot of strength in our front 3. I think Janarius Robinson is also in that mix although we dont really know much about him or twyman yet. I dont see much need in the draft unless a really great value comes up

Well they have a lot of bodies but do they have any players? I guess we will find out what the new coaches/GM think on draft day.

Maybe this is a little confirmation bias on my part, but it sure seems like the the Vikings are setting themselves up to draft a corner in the 1st.
I know some think the P2 signing allows us to draft any position, but I couldn't disagree more. I don't think this team wants to go into the season counting on a 32-year-old corner who's been in moderate decline for the last three seasons.
In some ways the P2 signing actually argues for the corner...while P2 is still here to mentor him.

I'll be shocked if it isn't a corner in round 1.
from a talent needs perspective its corner hands down
from a future cap needs its Edge hands down
I really like the back end of this first round. Devin Lloyd or Kenyon Green and additinal draft capital would be a fine consolation prize if Sauce, Stingley and Willis are off the board.

I won't be happy if its not Sauce or Stingley with the 12th. If we trade back and take a different CB that's fine.

If KC falls in love with a WR like Wilson or Williams, I wonder if they'd send us 29 and 30 for 12. Kelce is getting older and Tyreek is gone. I could see them getting anxious and wanting to move up to grab their guy. Probably won't happen but the draft pick value chart is about even. It'd be a lonnnng and anxious wait until 29 on draft night but getting two firsts would be pretty sweet.

I would have to think that 12 is a prime pick and worth more than 29 and 30. At 12 you still get a blue chip prospect, especially if a QB or two go off the board.

I would love it. KC may be planning to let Mahomes deal with mediocre WR’s.
There are so many hyped failures in the first half of the first, a tier 2 CB and a value position like S or OG or Edge in the late first should be readily available
There should be a QB hungry team as well. im expecting only Willis to be off the board but if Howell is still in play that could work to our advantage as well.
