Source said "definitely a chance" of backup QB Sean Mannion being re-signed by #Vikings with Kirk Cousins return assured. Mannion is very close to Cousins & helps him greatly in QB room. Mannion wasn't with O'Connell & Phillips on Rams but spent two years in Sean McVay's system.

I think a good part of this is they have to figure out who they are first. KOC didn’t even call his plays. KAM is new to the lead man.
If Kirk says thats my guy….and you just paid him big. Dont you trust him?

if he is that valuable, offer him a fucking coaching gig, but the only way he should ever wear a Vikings jersey again is if somebody buys him one. if this comes to be count me as likely the first to say KAM is in over his head and has to go. Absolutely zero damn upside to mannion on the roster.

LOL. Somehow even a chance signing of Sean Mannion turns into a Kirk bash. Two years in McVay's system might actually come in handy.
