Cook is unvaccinated.

The NFL is going to be a shit show this weekend. Tons of players on the COVID list. 3rd stringers starting at QB in New Orleans. This Omicron variant is EVERYWHERE. The NHL shutdown their league because of it. What's hilarious is poor South Africa is bearing the brunt of announcing the variant and having travel restrictions put in place but the variant was everywhere already anyway....and probably was for months.

It is just amazing and disappointing that the spirit of team first and winning is just completely lost on many of these players.  You would think as a team you would want to do whatever it takes to give your team an edge.  Ironically, many of them have had more needles stuck in them with all kinds of stuff that they have no idea how safe it is, but the difference is that it benefits them personally and it enhances their performance and consequently their paychecks.  Huge game with playoff implications and we have to be without our best player.  We can win without Cook, but we are not going to win without Cousins and you just have to wonder if he is next.

Patrick Peterson tried to make the same point in training camp. Evidently, it fell on deaf ears.
