Who is Rick Sosa? There are way more fans calling for a coaching change than a QB change.

Co-founder of the Purple Code. At least that's in his Twitter bio. I just thought the tweet had interesting info and a different take. I am trying to prepare myself for the possibility that Zimmer is back.

Something from the Washington Times.
Four seasons into the Cousins’ era with the Vikings, the conversation around the quarterback’s career hasn’t really changed since Cousins left Washington as a free agent in 2018. The former Redskins starter is still just as polarizing — only now it’s Minnesota’s fans, not Washington’s, that get to debate whether the quarterback is to blame for his team’s losing record, or if it’s the circumstances around him. https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/202...-familiar/

this thread demands a reposting of this..
The Vikings are 2-5 on the road this season heading to Chicago.See, Cousins is terrible! Can't lead! Trade him! Reality: Cousins has 16 touchdowns and one interception while completing 68.8% of his passes for 289.6 yards per game and a 109.8 passer rating in those seven road games. Those are just numbers, you moron! Garbage time! He isn't clutch! Cut him! Reality: Of those 16 touchdown passes, 11 have given the Vikings a lead and one tied the score with 1 minute, 3 seconds left. Cousins has given the Vikings a lead in every game while throwing at least two touchdown passes in each game. https://www.startribune.com/whats-kirk-cousins-fault-certainly-not-the-vikings-2-5-road-record/600128426/

He puts up great numbers. The team loses. The sarcastic arguments ensue. Rinse repeat.

It's been 10 years since the Oline was decent......
Fix the Oline and Cousins will be even better.

Among these folks, W means GM, HC, and QB are terrific. L means GM, HC and QB suck and should be fired. |
