Minnesota Vikings rookie, shot 4 times last month, will report to camp

A month after being shot four times, Minnesota Vikings rookie defensive tackle Jaylen Twyman will report to training camp on Sunday.
Agent Drew Rosenhaus confirmed the news in a text message to the St. Paul Pioneer Press.

I remember watching his draft day call on Youtube.  The kid was crying so bad he could barely talk.  Then he gets shot.  You have to root for this guy, even if he is PS bound at best this year with Pierce/Tomlimson/Richardson/Watts/Lynch already at DT in front of him.

I suspect nobody will claim him.   If the Vikings still want him, they will likely be able to keep him.
