Is their #1 guy maybe in the SB this weekend?

Doubt it. It's probably a last minute promotion from within.

Yeah, no kidding. Might as well just hire the guy that wins the Madden tournament

JJ was quoted as saying Klint will come into the room and doing as good or better as his dad did,  sounded like a done deal from the quote.

Lol. I thought Klint would be taking over.

After the Vikings hired Keenan McCardell as WR coach, it looked like a slam dunk that Andrew Janocko would get the promotion to QB coach (he was a QB in college and has some qb coaching experience) and little Kubes would step up to OC. Not sure what the hold up is right now?

J.Jefferson seems to be all in on Kubes and Cousins which is a nice change of pace... I like to see the wide receivers happy!

The Vikings interviewing Tyke Tolbert for the OC position is a bit of a head scratcher?? I thought they would kick the tires on Hue Jackson or Jay Gruden.

I still think the job should go to Kubiak. However, the longer this thing plays out, the more I will worry George Paton might be up to something big in Denver.

Think about this: Paton worked with Pat Shurmur in Minnesota. Does Paton view Shurmur as a better head coach than Vic Fangio (12-20 record)?? If that switch happen, little Kubes might want to go back to Denver and be Shurmur's OC?

Denver is currently looking for a DB coach... if Fangio agrees to stay on as DC, current DC Ed Donatell could move back to coaching the DBs.

How strongly does Paton feel about Shurmur? What does Elway think about little Kubiak? Is Fangio on the hot seat?

If Zimmer and Spielman lose little Kubiak  then they should lose their jobs as that is a major indicator of piss poor management and a shit workplace.

Spielman has said there are agreements in place with Paton on who he can and can't go after.

Just wondering right now where Klint Kubiak falls in all this?

@JimmyinSD I agree... if the Vikings somehow lose Kubiak in the coming days, that would be pretty bad.
