Canada.
From yahoo! (Katie Couric) news:
Canada scrambles to save Keystone XL pipeline (yahoo.com)
Pull quote:
"Alberta's Premier, Jason Kenney, said on Monday Biden's decision could hurt U.S.-Canada relations. He's urged Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to reach out to Biden before he's inaugurated on Wednesday.
"That would be, in our view, that would be a serious economic and strategic error that would set back Canada, U.S. relations with the United State's most important trading partner, and strategic ally: Canada."
Kenney further threatened to seek damages for breaking global free trade agreements."
Also....11,000 union jobs lost. (well...maybe 1/2 that 11k, according to the liberal Poynter Inst. Politifact PolitiFact | How Biden’s Keystone XL pipeline executive order affects American jobs)
So 11k jobs lost (high) or 5.5k jobs lost (low, Poynter)....and upsetting our #1 ally.

As with normal, rational thinking people, you aren't likely to agree with everything a President does. I know for sure that will be the case for me with Biden. But unlike the MAGA Trump cult, who agrees with everything he says and does no matter what, this is what is supposed to happen. Its called critical thinking. When I disagree with some of Biden's policies, I'll say it. I'm not protecting my delicate sensibilities by irrationally swallowing everything like some kind of zealot.

Yup, there are elements of the previous Admin China policy I want to keep in place and more examples out there...I'm way too jaded (maybe even learned) to lap-up everything Bidens Admin may (or may not) do. That said, I will most certainly relish moving beyond where we just were.

so its false for oil to exaggerate job claims, but wind and solar using extremely stretched job and revenue claims (among other things) are perfectly acceptable to most? just like most everything else these days, factuality is based on political affiliation I guess.

I'm not talking about that....why would you bring this up? This is the classic garbage 'Yeah, but what about....' argument straw man stuff. I'm talking about this issue RIGHT HERE.
Guess our monthly job growth will be down .002 percent in January. #impeachbiden

again, why is this an issue now, but all the bull shit claims by oils opponents dont merit a similar response in threads about those energy sources in the past? you must have missed those.

in unrelated news... Berkshire Hathaway makes massive financial gift to Hunter Biden. :p
So losing 5,000-10,000 jobs is some monumental economic disaster now eh?
August 2020 we added 1.4 MILLION jobs in that MONTH but I am supposed to give a shit about 10,000 jobs that want to help destroy the environment on behalf of big oil?
Fucking hilarious .... how will we ever recover economically from this move and repair our relationship with Canada without Trump??
My God the stench of desperation in here ....

It’s an issue now because Biden decided not to do it but the previous guy did?
That would be my guess.
