Bet He Rides Bareback Too

The Washington Football Team is in contact with the NFL about social media posts showing Dwayne Haskins at a strip club without a mask. The Football Team is reportedly handling the matter "internally" for now. Haskins could be unavailable for Week 16 against the Panthers if he's considered a close contact of someone who tested positive for COVID-19. Perhaps being maskless in a crowded indoor space would be enough for the team to place him on the reserve/COVID-19 list. This makes Alex Smith's recovery from his calf injury all the more important ahead of Week 16's critical matchup against Carolina. If Smith and Haskins are unavailable, Taylor Heinicke -- who was activated from the practice squad last week -- would likely start for Washington. Heinicke hasn't played since last year's preseason.

Dwayne Haskins could be fined a week's salary and face a four-game suspension for engaging in "high risk COVID-19 conduct." That would constitute the maximum punishment for Haskins getting caught in a strip club without a mask. He apologized for the incident in social media posts before locking down his Twitter account Tuesday. While NFL Network's Tom Pelissero said the team won't release Haskins, the QB could face serious consequences for violating basic COVID-19 protocols. The Football Team hopes Alex Smith will be able to return from his calf injury in Week 16 against Carolina.

Haskins probably cemented himself as the face of the franchise

His actions seem fitting for the DC team.  As does the response.
