BYU @ Coastal Carolina Saturday on EPNU

I've caught Wilson a few times and have been pretty impressed. But, if he's 6-3, I'm 6-7. This will be the best defense he's faced all year.

Same hear, I have watched him a couple of times and he looks like the real deal.  I love the way the ball just seems to pop right of his arm or even with a snap of his wrist.  As you also say, he does not look 6'3 and is pretty slight.  Maybe a little more meat on the bones then Teddy but close.

I saw a highlight of a play where he stepped up in the pocket and fired a side-armed bullet between two defenders. That was a wake up moment for me on Wilson. Looked like Mahomes or Favre. I can't find that play but this one is similar.

Yeah, he can definitely rip it. Quick release. Lots of arm angles. Moves well when forced off the spot. Fun to watch. After Lawerence and Fields, he's the third QB off the board IMO.

Maroon - yes a see a lot of Favre in him!  Gunslinger but hopefully not as risky Smile

With the hype he's getting, and the spectre of Schlichter, Haskins, Pryor, et al, haunting Fields, it wouldn't surprise me at all if Wilson goes #2.

Damn, maybe we should hope he bombs in this game, the combine and that we are targeting a QB and willing to move up.  That's a lot of Hope!

Zach Wilson is going to be a huge fan favorite for whatever teams drafts him. He's got swag and is a gunslinger.

I have watched him all year and would be giddy to get him in purple.
