The team looks like they need a change. A real change. I think some talent is on this team, in which a good coach and new QB could change the fortunes in 2 years. I think we are sunk with Cousins. He seems resigned to it also. Weird PC after the game by him.

Weird is right...

They've got some serious coaching on this staff, I dont know if even they can get his head straight anymore. 

KC contact aside, I really fault RS for not build a better OL for this QB - or any QB for that matter.
