since June? So who did a better job of "flattening the curve"?
LMAO, using NY to brag about fewest cases? NY gov euthanized a good part of the elderly, the rest are leaving in droves, but congratulations on having fewer cases since june.
this is the most misleading meaningless graphic ever. June 1 is the starting point? just proves that the states that were infected before June 1 couldnt contain it.
The saddest thing about this is the fact these other states watched this take place in blue states and still did very little to prevent cases from expanding. Would have been nice to just to do two things:
1) Shutdown, national mask mandate with the defense production act in place immediately to create PPE2) Bailed out the people on a monthly basis not corporations to weather the financial storm. It is our tax dollars, it should have went to us, not Cheescake Factory, Delta, and fucking frauds with small businesses
Go Cases per Million since the MARCH . . 8 RED states before Purple Arizona, then another 4 before another PURPLE state Wisconsin
Time to start having real conversations about 2 America's
The real problem are kids 17-25 years old: they are the super spreaders. They gather in groups, they go to huge birthday parties, college parties, gender reveals, baby showers, wedding gatherings, concerts, bars, etc. They then hang with family members and spread the shit all over the place. Mommy and Daddy want their babies to LIVE life and 'experience' college and fuck everyone else.

Yeah, we live in a town with a State University, and it's just week to week. Things shot up when they got here, then we went into a local shut down and it started to get under control, then they have opened up football and it's just rocketed again. The University is doing their own testing of staff and students and are reporting the results, and it sure looks different than what the State is showing.
Has more to do with weather and staying inside then anything. Expect numbers to increase in the North as it gets cold.
The holidays are going to be problematic too.
I am now convinced the vast majority of our population isn't going to get vaccinated until summer of 21. We got a ways to go on the Covid journey in this country.
That's the lucky ones. The ones who avoid Covid, or dont die from it.

to some extent i agree, however a lot of people in the north dont get out as much in the winter. Also I expect there to be some massive shut downs again when it does blow up again after the holidays.
