A closer look at some of the last drive in the Titans game.
#1
1st Down. (3 seconds before contact)
Dozier gets over extended, and ripped to the ground.  Keep at eye on the receiver coming in at the end.  I think Kirk should have let it rip here.

2nd Down. Not much to say here.  This one is on Bradbury.

3rd Down. (2.7 seconds before contact)
The right side of the line here....ouch.

4th Down. (4.17 seconds to contact)
4 man rush vs 6 blockers...Riley gets beat on this one.

I see solid tackle play, good C play (outside of that RARE bad snap), the worst guard play I have ever seen.
Worse than Remmers 2nd yearWorse than ComptonWorse than the end of FuscoWorse than the end of HerreraWorse than Elf
Should be embarassed

I'll admit, I really not up on the latest news, but could Ezra be any worse (is he injured?)? That last drive was stupid bad.

I know 2nd down was on Bradbury, but...
What. In. The. Actual... F**K, Dozier?

First and 4th both on Kirk. Hard to blame him on 4th getting knocked in the teeth 2 plays in a row, but he bailed the pocket early

1st down was amazingly bad, he had a wide open in route and was looking  right at it and patting the @&$! ball for gods sake

Not sure how you can hang the 4th down play on Kirk.  It's 4th and 24 or something like that and we basically had a hail mary called.  Ball got to Thielen who almost made the grab.

Bloody hell! What the F**K is he waiting for?

Now I'm wondering if Bradbury's snap and Dozier's delay aren't related? They have to be, right? Thinking maybe Bradbury snapped it too soon, realized it the second he released it, resulting in a sort of "check swing" snap. It would also explain why Cousins wasn't ready for it. Man, bad time to lose focus.

Still, what pissed me off more was the series before, when I believe we were up and had the ball. All we needed to do was put together a first down or two and the game would've been over. Instead, we played short ball and went three and out.

Don't be mad, be grateful and full of gratitude. The football gods are being kind. You just wont realize how nice they're being until April.   :3

If I could wake up in January and see that we have a top 5 pick in the draft I would be a very happy man. Problem is, I don't think this team is as bad as many are making it sound. Sure, we have a few big problems. But we've looked like crap before only to play great at times, too. What happens when Dantzler comes back? Hunter? Elflein? Maybe Cleveland makes us forget how godawful Dozier was. And remember, this is still a very potent offense that can, on any given Sunday, beat a lot of NFL teams. Call me crazy, but I tend to think we're going to win about half of our remaining games and end up in no man's land in the draft.

And in case anyone thinks I'm being a Pollyanna, this is my least favorite outcome. 1st would be winning enough to earn a playoff spot. 2nd. Losing enough to get a top 5 pick. A very distant 3rd is doing the above.
