Only nine quarterbacks in the league have been pressured more often than Cousins, who’s faced pressure on 31.7 % of his dropbacks, according to Pro Football Focus...

Must include time running for his life as part of time to throw...

I'd buy into that, but KC is about as mobile as Jimmy Kleinsasser was.

Lies, damned lies, and statistics.
I wonder if these don't count times when he doesn't get to setup and try to throw - like on safeties. The eye test says he has defenders in his lap often, sometimes our OGs are turnstiles.

That's a pretty damning stat.

I'm sayin. Not saying Cousins is all the problem but he is part of the problem at times. He overthinks things and he is always looking for Thielen. He can't be the only target. Cousins is better with the hurry up. He needs a better line but he needs to step up.

Would have to look at coaches film/all 22, but wonder if the route combos and pass concepts are leading to open receivers?    Or are the WRs and TEs simply not getting any separation?  Kubiaks comment today about trying to scheme more for help to get receivers  open is telling.
