They need a system. They need vetted, easily identifiable people enforcing laws. They might call them something like "police" and uniform them. Then, a system to adjudicate violations. They might call them something like "courts." There might be a place that has those already.

They are "taking blocks" of downtown Seattle by patrolling them with weapons. The more guards/soldiers/people they can get to patrol the perimeter, the more blocks they take.

Portland and Seattle are going nuts: careful what you wish for. Take away a law enforcement control structure and another will take its place, often times worse than the original, especially with vigilantes. Seattle has always been so crazy Left that its laughable.....and I say this as a moderate.

Not one business has made a compliant, this is backed by the Chamber of Commerce (historically conservative organization).

What I did see was a Seattle PD spray innocent protestors walking in the street with gas, which also included a 9 year old girl
