Bernie Sanders Endorses Joe Biden: ‘We’ve Got To Make Trump A One-Term President’Jack Brewster02:30pm EDT“We have to make Trump a one-term president and we need you in the White House,” Sanders said, sending a message to his loyal supporters that Biden — not President Trump — is the clear choice for president in November.

Sanders, who stayed in the race for weeks despite trailing Biden by an insurmountable margin in pledged delegates, did not have many warm words for the former vice president when he announced he was exiting the 2020 race on Wednesday.
Instead, Sanders said during the announcement that he would stay on the ballot in upcoming primaries to have as much sway as possible at the Democratic convention scheduled for August in order to influence the party platform.
However, on Monday, appearing next to Biden on a split screen webcast, Sanders shored up any doubts about whether he would throw his full weight behind Biden, adding that he would do “all that he can” to ensure the former vice president would win the White House in November.
Biden, for his part, sought to assure Sanders supporters that he would work with the progressive icon during the campaign, saying Monday, “I’m going to need you. Not just to win the campaign, but to govern.”

The former national press secretary for Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders' now-suspended presidential campaign called the sexual assault accusation against presumptive Democraticpresidential nominee Joe Biden "credible" in a tweet over the weekend, as Biden's campaign continues to adamantly deny the claim.

Briahna Joy Gray, who has been on a social media tear against Biden since Sanders suspended his presidential campaign last week, referred to the claim against Biden by a woman named Tara Reade as "[c]redible sexual assault allegations" in a Sunday tweet highlighting a variety of issues the Sanders campaign largely avoided challenging Biden on during the Democratic primary. (She did not name Reade in the tweet, but hers is the only known assault allegation against Biden.)
Among the other "[i]ssues Bernie (generously) never raised against Biden," according to Gray, are a "pattern of unwanted touching ... Burisma" and "[l]ying abt civil rights record."

I think Harris would be a wise choice.

Hahaha

Somehow Bill Barr is a bad guy now.  Methinks they know the Obama thugs will be arrested soon.

I recall a 100% vote the first time he was confirmed before the spygate nonsense.

From a political strategy standpoint, I just don't think this is the right strategy.  The majority of America is done with the fear porn, the crying wolf, and the social justice warrior attitude.  Their strategy of Trump is evil and we've got the moral high ground is not a compelling one with Bidens morality issues.  A sizeable chunk of Sander's supporters hate Biden.  They are staying home or voting 3rd party.  They want legit change, not more establishment politicians.
I just don't think the democrats stand a chance with their establishment leadership.  They really need to purge the old guard and regather around their younger fresh thinkers, but just hold the socialism and authoritarianism at bay.  Find the common ground they have with a good chunk of conservatives and focus on policies and not morality.  They need to spell out the path forward and not just second guess everything Trump does.
