MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Minnesota Vikings fans are feeling a bit miffed after an NFL playoff video failed to feature the Vikings – at all.
On Monday, the NFL tweeted a “#WeReady” video promoting the
playoffs and fans immediately noticed a glaring omission. Actually,
there were two glaring omissions.

Both the Vikings and Eagles teams did not get even a second of screen time.

One of the most liked replies to the video is a GIF showing wide
receiver Stefon Diggs throwing his helmet after the “Minneapolis
Miracle” playoff win against the New Orleans Saints in 2018.

“The most iconic helmet throw in NFL history probably should have been in this commercial,” one person responded.

Ironically, Saints’ quarterback Drew Brees is the first NFL athlete featured in the video.

The Vikings are 8-point underdogs in Sunday’s game against the Saints.

This team of underachievers is now whining about a TV commercial?  Anything to avoid facing up to their inability to get ready for a big game, lol.

I think it's legit for the Eagles and Viking fans to be miffed. That's a stupid omission, oversight whatever you want to call it.

Someone wasn't thorough enough at their job. Hope they catch some hell for it.,

Some fans are "whining", not the team. At least I didn't see that. Reporters asked Diggs about it at today's press conference. He said he hasn't seen the video and can't control that. Zimmer brought it up before when mentioning the Vikings as on the road underdogs without a lot of believers.

His quote: “I don’t think anybody believes that we can win this game, so we go in there and we slug it out,” Zimmer said. “All I really care about is that 53 guys believe.”

Win or lose, I can't say I've ever seen the team take on the mentality of whiners.

I hope the Vikings say absolutely nothing about how everyone thinks of them.  They crapped the bed against their biggest rival in a most important late December game so now they lay in their own mess.  This team is getting exactly what they deserve.
Would you be more surprised if the the Vikings won on Sunday or lost by 21?  I know my answer.
