Niners lose.

So the playoff picture just got interesting. Its all going to come down to tie breakers. Heck the Vikings could theoretically be the 1 seed.

Right but he was over the line. Niners lost fair and square.

I didn't watch but now I wish I had. Though, I thought there were 6 starters OUT from the 49'ers D today.

This is why division games stress me out.

I'm playing with the playoff scenario generator, and yea, theoretically we could be the 1 seed. We'd need Seattle and SF to lose next week, and then we'd need Seattle vs SF to end in a tie. (Imagine the final MNF of the NFL season ending on a tie, lol...)

We could be in the playoffs before Sunday's games this week. The Rams play in San Fran on Saturday Night; if LA loses it seems as if we clinch a wild card spot, even if we manage to lose out against GB and CHI.

Weird scenario: if the Titans could somehow beat the Saints, it would lock up the #2 seed for Green Bay- even if Green Bay loses to MN.  The only way for Green Bay to NOT get the #2 seed (if NO loses to Tennessee) is if they ALSO lose to the Lions (unlikely).

On the other hand... if Green Bay were to lose both of those games... AND  the Saints lose to Tennessee... then the Vikes would be the #2 seed.
