Sad to hear about Kapp...

I recently had a chance to conduct business with a PPE and those guys are old now - tough to watch em walk around. The game definitely takes a toll.

Great players on some really good teams. KC is the one they really should have/could have won.

Joe was one reason I became a Vikings fan. He was the best linebacker to play QB ever.

Joe is a fighter. Still that 40 for 60 guy even at 80 plus 1.
No way he's not there with his team for this.

"His passes float more like balloons.." love it! No, he definitely didn't throw the prettiest ball, but bottom line was he was a winner and a leader. The toughest SOB to ever play QB. I think he's still the only QB to play in the College Championship game (Rosebowl back in the day), the Canadian Grey Cup and the Super Bowl. I wonder How would our Vikings 70's history would have played out if their wasn't the contract dispute that had him leave our team?
