9/12/19: In 2019, Fromm has completed 25-of-34 passes for 322 yards with two touchdowns and zero interceptions.

8/15/19: Fromm completed 67 percent of his passes in 2018 for 2,749 yards with 30 touchdowns and six interceptions. Because of an injury, Fromm was pressed into the starting lineup as a freshman in 2017, but he led Georgia all the way to the National Championship that season. Fromm was an excellent game-manager, making some clutch throws while protecting the football to allow his potent rushing attack and superb defense to control games. On the year, Fromm completed 62.2 percent of his passes for 2,615 yards with 24 touchdowns and seven interceptions.

There is a lot to like about Fromm translating to the NFL. The important trait for any quarterback is accuracy, which Fromm has. He places his ball well, putting it in position for his receiver to make catches while avoiding putting the ball in danger. Fromm is a good decisiom-maker who protects the ball well and doesn't get careless or panic. He is a dangerous play-action passer who can come through with some clutch throws in crunch time.

Fromm is a confident, calm, poised, and efficient pocket passer. He stands tall in the pocket and is a consistent passer, distributing the ball to all levels of the defense. He shows good timing and precision to hit his receivers through windows in coverage while leading them to produce more yards after the catch. His calm and poised approach lends to him showing field vision in the pocket, as he will move his eyes and work off his primary read. For a young quarterback, Fromm had impressive field vision at the start of his time at Georgia. While he doesn't have a cannon, Fromm will challenge defenses vertically and isn't afraid to go downfield. With his rhythm and pocket passing, Fromm would be a good fit in a west coast offense.

We'll be good enough to not be able to get one of the top qbs in the Draft.  It'll be 2nd tier for us.

Right now I'm seeing Jacob anywhere fromm mid 1st to mid 2nd...no, we won't be picking too 5, but do we have to? Mahomes was 15 and Jackson was 32, while Trubisky was #2.

You need to pick a QB early. It doesnt nececarily need to be top five pick though that helps...but you need some damn luck. Something this team cant seem to find at the QB position.

Minnesota should absolutely explore whatever it takes to get a good rookie QB early next year.  I'm a huge fan of Fromm...  Go get him.

Fromm will be there when Minnesota picks in the first round, I think almost definitely. He's not a big armed kid however. Can he drive the football down the field? He's smart and makes quick decisions. How mobile is he? I don't know, he seems better suited as a great #2 than a franchise guy. JMO. 

I like Utah State's Jordan Love better, especially if he can sit and learn for a year. Seems like he fits today's NFL QB better. Big arm and mobility. Nice size at 6'4", even keeled and works hard. I think he's got really good upside. But he has to work on some things for sure.

Could the 6-foot-4, 220-pounder from Bakersfield, California, eventually become a first-round pick? Yahoo! Sports' Eric Edholm tabbed Love as one of 10 under-the-radar prospects who could be taken during the first round of the 2020 NFL draft.

The position definitely needs close examination...his demeanor seems like the opposite of Cousins...plus he's got a lot of big game experience already...so, no ball shrinkage when the game is on the line...

Shrinkage...should be a new prospect metric...bubble butt, cannon arm, limited to no shrinkage ™ when the game is on the line...

Fromm reminds me of Will Grier, who although had a nice college career seems to be struggling thus far in the pros. Pretty early yet on Grier but not glowing endorsements so far.
