Would The Last Person Out Turn Off The Lights?
#1
Dolphins DB Minkah Fitzpatrick was granted permission to seek a trade. It's hardly shocking Miami's 2018 first-rounder sought a way out after playing six different positions this offseason, weak side and strong side linebacker included. Fitzpatrick allowed an airtight 53.4 passer rating in the slot last year but stayed jostling from corner to the front-seven in Miami's season opener as the new regime continued toying with alignments and personnel. A former Thorpe Award recipient as the nation's top defensive back at Alabama, there will be a number of suitors bending over backwards to take on Fitzpatrick's remaining $13.45 million for the next three seasons.

Lol...

I remember the suck for Luck season, but it's pretty rare to see an NFL franchise go to hell like this one has.

And it's Miami - and old school AFC franchise with a pretty illustrious history. ITs not like we're dealing with the Panthers or Titans here.

Maybe we didnt give Bridgewater enough credit for not wanting to sign with the home-town team?

I feel bad for the Fish...until I see those old asshats drinking Champaign when ever an previously undefeated team takes a loss keeping their "record" intact.

So, Miami, embrace the suck for many years to come.

Can it get any easier for New England?

The Jets are riding the Mono wave....the Dolphins are tanking......Buffalo is led by the wildest, most erratic starting QB in the NFL in Josh Allen.

Hey now!!!  Tn is my back up team since I've lived here just as long as I've lived in MN.

We have room now...about 6.5 million...I'd take a swing at getting him...he could play slot or corner, then be Harry's eventual replacement...

Dolphins coach Brian Flores confirmed DB Minkah Fitzpatrick will play against the Patriots in Week 2.The Dolphins have given Fitzpatrick permission to seek a trade, though in the meantime, he'll continue playing. "He's got a big role in the game," said Flores when asked of his plans for Fitzpatrick Sunday against New England. "I expect him to play well." The Fins are reportedly seeking a first-rounder for Fitzpatrick, though that may be excessive for a player who hasn't shown much early in his career.
