Very sad - guy was a very nice guy. My girlfriend back in the 80's used to baby sit his kid.  Was a great dad and very down to earth. Here's my favorite song.

I pretty much knew him for "Two Tickets to Paradise" and "Take Me Home Tonight" then I heard this on the local classic rock station.  Instant new favorite.

I was there too! Great show, and backstage he was a true gentleman to his fans. Very nice dude.  He will be missed.

Side note, you still go to Moondance? We do. Hollah hollah we'll get ya drinks Big Grin

My freshman year of college one of my roommates was into Eddie Money, kind of turned me on to his music. Came to really like it.

Solid bill. Used to get a lot of crap come play the fair in Billings when I was a kid, Yes, I actually witnessed Eddie Rabbit at the dizzy peak of his rainy night fame. And Tommy Tutone try to fill a 40 minute set with more than 7 digits. 1st stand alone concert I bought a ticket to was Cheap Trick. Then Styx. The Styx ticket broke me. It was $12. Fucking $12! Like who do these guys think they are?

Anyway, discovered The Clash and Ramones right around that time and never again went to a show in Billings. The best shows were in the college towns. Still are.
