The NFL, along with the media, is responsible for this false narrative.  You can bring in all the flashy draft pics and free agents you want, a winning culture comes with accountability and consistency...on the field and in the front office.  Hiring and firing coaching's latest flavor of the month and assuming the rest of the teams in your conference are gonna sit back and applaud is naïve at best.  

Sorry Browns fans.  Hype is not a short cut to excellence.

I was watching, they scored a td to get to within 2 at 15-13 and it looked like a contest.   Then the Titans threw a screen that went 75 yards for the score about a minute later and that just killed them.... that and all the penalties they took.   A bunch of personal fouls including an ejection.
