Well... ya'll got Gen Flynn on the never-before-litigated "Logan Act" (sentencing still delayed, btw.) ....why not try to harass a POTUS who's not accepted a dime in salary, 
and turned all his business dealings/profits to a separate trust/foundation?  

This same court (4th Circus)  tossed this notion (with prejudice) as the first plaintiffs had no standing.

Well...at least... the 4th Circus has determined that the new State plaintiffs have "standing". 
So...it gets out of the starting blocks, this time.  

Don't get yer hopes up, Mike.  Keep your eyes on the impeachment prize, lol.
