Are they going to make first downs at 8 yards and cut penalties by 20% as well?

This is dumb as fuk,  the NFL needs to pull its head out of its ass on some of these things
...like sending finely tuned athletes to play in the horrible air of Mexico city,  or allowing field conditions like Heinz field or others typically are.

Stop with the whole London games routine too.  Nobody likes them except the NFL marketing folks and accountants.

You would think a multi billion dollar entertainment industry would check the venue a week or so ahead of time...especially with all the concern over player safety...or is that just lip service...
