We got the best of him as a player and the worst of him (I hope ) as a person. I dont care either way. Some will get all giddy but for me it will be a meh moment.

Vikings will finally have their HOF RB. That's means forever enshrined. So in years to come when people forget the bad, there's plenty, he will still be among the Vikings in that great honor.

Chuck will never get enough votes now. imo. Too few remember now how he was used and how he changed the position to what it would become. Voters only see rushing yard, titles and longevity. Chuck is rushing up hill at this point to get called.

I'd be ok with that at this point...

I believe he never got the credit he deserved. I believe he was a great back. I just don't believe he will ever get recognised now though unfortunately. Every back now is asked to do the things he did in the passing game then. It's like so...why is he so important? Pioneers should be recognized.
