Glad to see Anthony Harris returning

Perfect size for today's NFL safety: 6'1", 202 lbs. He'll be able to be a UFA next season if the Vikings don't lock him up beforehand. Big year for him.

He possesses good coverage skills and isn't afraid to make solid tackles...

they need to lock him up this year,  not that the FA safety market is a burner the last few years,  but finding DBs that play and play well in Zims systems is a bit of a challenge so when they find those guys they need to make sure to keep them.

So.....this is ANOTHER UDFA starter/contributor the Vikings have cultivated. At some point, fans need to recognize.

If I remember correctly during that draft period, he was slated as a 3rd to 5th round pick.  But wasn't drafted due to a shoulder injury he suffered in his senior year.

Big fan of Harris.  Remember, the Minneapolis Miracle never happen without this Harris effort, first.   Smile

Yep.  He started really flashing the year before when he filled in for AS.  Then last year he took the job as his own.
