When the packers fire McCarthy or when he takes the Cleveland job, the Packers will not replace him instead Aaron will coach the team. It's all about him anyway.
Which Maybe-Soon-to-Be-Open NFL Head-Coaching Job Is the Most Enticing?

Why would anybody want to deal with the bull shit that comes with rodgers? Great talent, but I wouldn't want my professional career tied to his whims.

Tampa Bay has lowered expectations now. You would likely get a longer honeymoon there. They will probably have a new GM as well. Everyone starting on the same page.
I wouldn't want to deal with Jerry unless you are as spineless as Garrett. Whoever Green Bay picks would have to be cleared through the boss. We all know who that is. Cleveland is the black hole of the NFL. Don't get close enough to get sucked in. Denver has great fans and high expectations plus Elway. That is a plus right??

Understand the positives. Just not sure they all outweigh the 1 negative. It is Cleveland.

Cleveland from a talent perspective would be enticing, plus Dorsey is a good GM...but ownership is horrendous...
Baltimore has a good owner, a potential QB, and a decent D... Cowboys have some nice parts, but Jerruah seems to be losing it mentally, and his son wasn't all that sharp to begin with...meddlesome ownership which might tie you to a sub par QB...yuck... Green Bay is going to be in cap hell once rogers signs his next deal...good draft capital coming up thanks to that ridiculous trade by the saints... Tampa has some nice pieces, no state income tax, and needs a long term solution at QB... Browns might be the closest to being competitive...if Lerner drops dead or ends up in prison...

I know----was listening to the last packer broadcast" these young wrs really develop fast for the packers." pause for next play----"What do you mean they develop fast?"---"Well Aaron demands it."
I'm like wtf---I guess the other qbs just say c'mon guys let's try to do our best ok!
