Is it so hard for some (Chad Kelly) to stay out of jail?

This stuff is so dumb. He's actually 24 years old, so its not like he's 21 or something. Should know better. The weird part is he wasn't charged with a DUI or anything which would have happened if he was sitting in his SUV like the report said....which means he wasn't drunk. I'm curious what the hell he was doing, lol. This apparently was a stranger's house? 1st degree criminal trespassing...not good.
p.s. after writing this, I found more: https://deadspin.com/broncos-qb-chad-kel...1829939938 'Mumbling incoherently'. Sounds like some kind of drugs. Von Miller's birthday party was in the vicinity, he must have been there. Kelly is known for his checkered past off the field in college.

Is this one of them rhetorical thingy questions? If not, is it so hard for him to stay out of jail? I'm picking yes.

He was giant dick at Clemson. Not much details came out in the press but people around the team couldn't wait to get him the hell out of dodge.
Even though I despise Clemson, Dabo is one of the nicest, most honorable, successful coach that I know of. He went to bat for all of his players through the years and even he said "don't let the door hit you in the ass, Chad".

Its a big part on why he was the last player selected in the Draft: Mr. Irrelevant. His talent should have made him a 4th-5th rounder, but he's a dumbass.

He’s a young guy with a whole life to live. Hope he gets help. Things can go south very quickly.

As already mentioned, he was a known dumbass in college. And still is.
