Yeah not surprised but disappointed. The team needs it's young talent.
Sad day none the less.

Was hoping we could win a Super Bowl with him. Actually, I've been hoping we would win a Super Bowl period.

Damn, one of my favorite players of all time.  Hard worker, real productive and most importantly a great guy.  Best of luck BRob.

Sad day for Pops and Brian too. Sigh. Wasn't completely unexpected, too much young D-line talent to not protect with a roster spot.

A sad day ... One of my son's childhood favorites.  Probably tied more to his father interacting with us throughout the ride.

A great Viking.

I guess this is goodbye everyone. Thank you all for the way we were treated here. Thanks for all your support. I'll be in and out on here still keeping up with you all. You took us in as a member of the family. For 11 years it's been a helluva ride. I can't tell you if he's done and will retire or go somewhere else. But, Minnesota has been good to him and us. Thank you all.

Wow.  Ugh.  Brian is better than some of the guys we are keeping.  But the team is obviously thinking long-term.  We'll miss you Pops... almost as much as we'll miss Brian.  You're both fine men and it was honor to have you on our "team".  God bless.
