Anyone else think Sloter was over LOS?

Not that it matters a whole lot in a PS game...But it sure looked to me like he was on or over it when he tossed the td pass end of game.

No, because with line of scrimmage penalties, every single part of the QB’s body has to be past the LOS.  If their back foot or even their back toe is on or behind the LOS, there is no penalty.

Sloter’s arm was right on or just past the LOS, but half of his body was still at or behind the line.
