Joint practices coming up: they should have given their entire squad the day off and just sent these 2.

Like Cleveland playing a rookie that had some off field issues? They played him for 3 quarters and wouldn't give him a rest as part of his punishment. Sounds a bit odd. And looking for liability issues.

These practices don't help teams during the regular season much honestly. I sometimes wonder about the Jags. Tons of talent but undisciplined. That will be their downfall IMO. Too many hot heads.

Was it Tom Coughlin the VP of football operations making the call? Lord knows he's a hard@ss. Don't know how much he deals with players but it sounds like his influence is there. That and Ramsey is a trouble maker. Easy target.
Don't think of it as missing an unpaid game kinda punishment but more out in public shaming.
